Technique: A sonogram of the lower extremity deep venous system was performed assessing gray scale appearance, color doppler flow, and compressibility.


Comparison: []


Findings:


The right external iliac vein shows normal color-flow. The right common femoral, greater saphenous, superficial femoral and popliteal veins show normal color-flow and compressibility. The visualized right peroneal and posterior tibial veins show normal color flow.


The left external iliac vein shows normal color-flow. The left common femoral, greater saphenous, superficial femoral and popliteal veins show normal color-flow and compressibility. The visualized left peroneal and posterior tibial veins show normal color flow.
